Anonymous Complaints
We have recently and in the past received anonymous complaints from residents about violations other residents in the community are committing. We cannot respond to any anonymous letters we receive. If we do not see a person’s dog “poop” on common property, and the dog owner not picking up, we cannot accept an unsigned complaint that accuses a resident. If you want the Board to take action, you must sign your complaint. We will try to keep the complaint confidential if possible.
