Spring Inspection
The Board has requested that management review the ongoing maintenance requests that have been sent out over the past few years to homeowners for compliance. Those homes that have had repeated re- quests in the past, and have failed to take the necessary steps to maintain their homes, will now be forwarded to the association’s attorney for follow-up. This could result in the association obtaining a court order to perform the necessary maintenance and bill the owner for all related costs.
