Home Maintenance
Several homeowners received letters from the Board of Trustees earlier this year about maintenance that needs to be done to their homes. As the community ages, the need for timely ongoing maintenance becomes more important. Please do not wait for the end of the season to contract for this work to be done if you received a letter. It is each owner’s responsibility to ensure that his or her home is maintained appropriately.
