Road Update
As discussed at our September 17, 2002 Special meeting, and again at our November 12, 2002 Annual meeting our repaving and drainage correction project will begin this year. The Board and management, together with the association’s Professional Engineer, have been busy interviewing contractors for this project. At the May 20th Board meeting, the Board approved the hiring of Hillcrest Paving for this project. The entire community is currently scheduled to be repaved over a 4-year period starting around September of this year. This project may be accelerated depending on the cost of snow services during this period as well as the number of waterline repairs needing to be done.
The order in which the courts will be addressed was determined by the Engineer based on the condition of the roads. The first three courts to be addressed will be on the even side of the community, starting with the court nearest to Hidden lake Drive. More information will be sent to the homeowners that will be affected by the repairing this year in August once the start date has been confirmed.
