Dear Riverbend Homeowners:

We are pleased to advise that the first phase of the community’s re-repaving project is scheduled to begin around the middle of September. At this stage it is too early for the contractor to give us a firm date, as the completion of the jobs they are working on now, are weather dependant. However, if the weather is reasonably cooperative we anticipate a start date around the third week in September.

More information will be forthcoming, as the time gets closer, regarding the cooperation that will be needed from all residents in the 3 courts that will be done this year.

The association’s engineer has determined which courts will be done first. The first three courts nearest to the Hidden Lake Drive entrance on the even side of the community will be done first. This will impact the following homes # 2,4,6,8,10,12,14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 24, 26, 28, 30, 32, 34, 36, 38, 40, 42, 44, 46, 48, 50, 52, 54, 56, 58, 60, 62, 64, 66, 68, 70, 72.

We wanted to give you adequate notice that you will not be able to use your garage or any parking spaces in the courts during this project. Your vehicles will need to be parked on Riverbend Drive, Hidden Lake Drive or Schmidt Lane while this work is in progress. In addition there will not be any vehicular traffic permitted during this construction. That includes moving trucks, garbage trucks, mall trucks, or deliveries. If you have anything scheduled that this project may interfere with, we are giving you over 6 weeks notice to re-schedule any conflict that you may foresee.

As the time gets closer for the start of this work, more information will be sent to those homeowners that will be directly affected. Of course parking in general in the community will be impacted by this work. The work should be completed within approximately 2 weeks. We anticipate that this entire project will be completed community wide within 4-5 years.

If you have any questions at this stage related to this project, please do not hesitate to contact the management office.

Very truly yours,
Board of Trustees
Riverbend Townhouse Owner’s Association
