Dear Riverbend Association,I and other owners I have spoken to have a problem with which I’m hoping you can help. For the last two years, the snow removal contractor has become increasingly unreliable. The only time he has ever cleared our driveway has been when I’ve flagged him down. The last two times, I have been out of town and my car at the airport so my driveway was definitely empty yet nothing was plowed. Furthermore, this last time he didn’t arrive until 7PM on the day following the conclusion of the storm. According to your newsletter, he’s supposed to come early in the morning, not at night.
I have spoken directly to the plow driver on two separate occasions and both times he has acted oblivious to the fact that he’s supposed to clear our driveways. Please see that this problem is remedied.
I’d also like to suggest that the people who clear the walkways should clear the steps from our driveways to our patios. While this is a back entrance, I believe it is the one that the majoriy of residents use since it faces our driveways.
Thank you for your consideration. Please let me know what you’re able to do regarding this matter.
Sincerely,
[homeowner identification omitted]
