Notice re: Paving project – Schedule Change
UPDATED NOTICE
Dear Riverbend homeowner:
We previously advised that your court has been scheduled for repaving. After review of the paving schedule with the contractor and engineer, it was determined that the even-numbered section had drainage problems that needed to be addressed, on a priority basis.
Based on the above. your section of the community will not be paved this season.
We expect your section to be done next year.
We apologize for the miscommunication and any inconvenience caused.
Very trulyYours,
