Halloween Reminder
October 24, 2005
Dear Riverbend homeowners:
As we have done each year, we have hired two (2) security guards from Marion Security to patrol our community on Mischief night and Halloween night. This is to prevent any vandalism to the community and to promote safety.
We are requesting that if you have young children you walk the community with them in celebration of this festivity. In addition, we would encourage all homeowners to leave their lights on the front porch as well as in your home to ensure that people are aware that many people are home over this period. You may want to consider taking a walk through the community to further deter any troublemakers that may be passing through our community. In the past, the Association has experienced vandalism to the common property as well as to individual homeowner property over this holiday.
We would like to thank all for your assistance and hope you enjoy the occasion.

Have you read the resumes of the candidates this time around? I think Ron’s been around too long needs to be replaced. He says your kids need to be taken care of, like landscaping or painting. And Dennis. With his address on his sheet I think he’s the one with the window. I don’t think I’ve ever seen any recycling outside his place. That’s real commitment to the community. Dennis’ candidacy is a joke. I don’t think Harrison has done much harm. The dues have stayed level for a while. Probably harmless given those two. James is unknown and ambitious and deserves a shot.

I just had to use an electrician and noticed that none of the newsletters listed any. I was very satisfied with a company called The Electric Works. Ken Biles is the electrician. His phone number is 732 613-1795.

Annual Meeting Notice, Voting Proxy
October 10, 2005
Dear Riverbend homeowners:
The Annual Meeting of the Riverbend Townhouse Owners Association will be held on Tuesday, November 15, 2005 in the Hidden lake Clubhouse at 7:30 p.m.
The purpose of this meeting is to elect two (2) Trustees to the Board for a three (3) year term. Currently, there are four homeowners running for these positions and their resumes are included herein. A copy of the 2006 budget is included for your review. Please note, that no change in the monthly fee is proposed. This budget will be reviewed at the meeting.
It is important that you take an active role and participate in this meeting by supporting the people whom you feel will be responsible and effective in the process of managing the Riverbend community.
Enclosed please find an official Proxy in the event you will not be able to personally attend the meeting. Please return the proxy by November 10, 2005 to the below address. A ballot will be provided to those in attendance at the meeting.
