Important Notice – Repaving Project
September 15, 2006
Dear Riverbend Homeowners:
We are pleased to advise that the fourth & final phase of the community’s re-paving project is scheduled to begin around the end of September. At this stage it is too early for the contractor to give us a firm date, as the completion of the jobs they are working on now, are weather dependant. However, if the weather is reasonably cooperative we anticipate a start date around the 25th of September. You will see heavy equipment being brought into the development around September 18th and if the weather permits, the demolition of the roads will begin to take place towards the end of the week of the 18th. The contractor will post a notice on each home giving advance notice of when your court will be started. More information from the contractor will be forthcoming, as the time gets closer, regarding the cooperation that will be needed from all residents in the 4 courts that will be completed this year.
The homes below will be directly affected by this repaving:
69, 71, 73, 75, 77, 79, 81, 83, 85, 87, 89, 91, 93, 95, 97, 99, 101, 103, 105, 107, 109, 111
113, 115, 117, 119, 121, 123, 125, 127, 138, 140, 142, 144, 146, 148, 150, 152, 154, 156
We wanted to give you notice that you will not be able to use your garage or any parking spaces in the courts during this project. Your vehicles will need to be parked on Riverbend Drive, Hidden Lake Drive or Schmidt Lane while this work is in progress. In addition, there will not be any vehicular traffic permitted during this construction. That includes moving trucks, garbage trucks, mail trucks, or deliveries. If you have anything scheduled that this project may interfere with, we are giving you advance notice to re-schedule any conflict that you may foresee. Garbage will have to be left on Riverbed Drive during this project.
As the time gets closer for the start of this work, more information will be sent to those homeowners that will be directly affected. Of course parking in general in the community will be impacted by this work. The work should be completed within approximately 4 weeks. This will complete the total repaving project of our community.
If you have any questions at this stage related to this project, please do not hesitate to contact the management office.
Very truly yours,
Board of Trustees

How about fixing the signs?
A homeowner wrote to the old Readers Write section on 4 September 2006, wondering about our signage. Thank you for your contribution! -Administrator
When are we going to FIX the Riverbend sign that was damaged? It’s not very EYE pleasing and makes the community look trashy!
