Notice of Tree Work
February 2, 2007
Dear Riverbend Homeowners:
Please be advised that within the next week or so, there will be a lot of activity in the community by Tree Tech who have been contracted by your Board of Trustees to remove certain trees that are hazardous and prune others as proposed. We are enclosing a copy of this contractor’s proposal which clearly indicates the trees that will be worked on or removed.
At this time, only the Priority 1 trees are to going to be addressed. We are providing this information to you to keep all owners informed of the upcoming service.
We again encourage all homeowners to retain the services of Tree Tech while they are on site doing this work to address any individual tree problems that anyone may have within their privacy areas.
