Annual Meeting Announced

Dear Riverbend Homeowners:
The Annual Meeting of the Riverbend Townhouse Owners Association will be held on Thursday, November 6, 2008 in the North Brunswick Municipal Complex on Hermann Road in North Brunswick at 7:00 p.m.
The purpose of this meeting is to elect two (2) Trustees to the Board for a two (2) year term. Currently, there is one Board Member re-running for this position and his resume is included herein. A copy of the 2009 budget is included for your review. This budget will be approved at the meeting by the Board of Trustees.
It is important that you take an active role and participate in this meeting by supporting the person who you feel will be responsible and effective in the process of managing the Riverbend community.
Enclosed please find an official Proxy in the event you will not be able to personally attend the meeting. Please return the proxy by October 31, 2008 to the below address. A ballot will be provided to those in attendance at the meeting.
