This Web site was designed in June 2000 and has operated continuously as a public service ever since.

I have no affiliation with either the Riverbend Townhouse Owners Board of Trustees or Executive Property Management. In the interest of full disclosure, though, I should tell you that I threw my hat in the ring for a board position in the fall of 2008. As yet (30 December 2008) the results of the election remain undetermined. So my sole interest is that of a fellow homeowner with a desire to make things just a tiny bit better.
